Hatched from Bone by Ariana D. Den Bleyker

"In Hatched from Bone, the journey of learning to cope with any mental illness is to explore the world and yourself. Consciousness is the first step to healing. Recovery begins the day you take stock of your wounds and journey towards new self-awareness and possibility. The poems in Hatched from Bone are succinct highlights of the 12th year of my bipolar diagnosis. It was a year of discovery, a year of change, a year of learning to understand how this becomes that."
